Stu’s experience includes build to suits, office and industrial leases, building and land sales/purchases, sale/leasebacks, and sublease and lease buy-outs. He has amassed an impressive list of satisfied, multi-market clients.
His expertise in complex negotiations, deal structures, and financial analysis enables Stu to deliver tremendous values to his clients. Stu has also been named one of The Irvine Company brokers of the year for 2002, as well as Opus Corporation’s Orange County Broker of the Year for 2004.
Background – Education
Stu is a graduate of the University of Arizona where he attended as a recipient of an athletic scholarship.
Personal
After college, Stu played professional football in Europe, and served as General Manager, Head Coach, and starting quarterback for championship teams in Amsterdam and Paris. Stu enjoys surfing, golf and traveling.
