Transwestern Role
As Senior Vice President, David is directly responsible for all facets of Transwestern’s project leasing and marketing activities and tenant representation throughout Orange County and Southern California. Including the proposal/lease negotiations and financial analysis, account management and reporting for a host of several national clients, including: CIGNA, TIAA-CREF, Transwestern Investment Company, RREEF.

Career Highlights
David has been actively involved in Commercial Real Estate in Orange County for over 15 years since 1989, joining Transwestern’s Leasing Team in 2001. Coming from PM Realty Group where David spent the previous three years as Director of Leasing, personally responsible for PM Realty’s entire firms Orange County leasing portfolio.

In addition, David spent over eight years with Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Brokerage Group specializing in office leasing and sales where David was presented with the “Top 5” and “Outstanding First Year Broker” awards.

Professional Affiliations/Recognition
David is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Education
David is a graduate of California State University, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Real Estate and Law.
