RICK M. KAPLAN Rick M. Kaplan is an Executive Director located in the Southern California office of Cushman & Wakefield of California, Inc. His primary market area stretches from West Los Angeles to University Town Center in San Diego, California. Rick began his career in the commercial Real Estate industry in 1981 and has represented numerous major corporations and professional service firms on a local, regional, national and international basis.
