11 years in commercial real estate
Jeff Manley, Chief Executive Officer and Partner of Corporate Services, began in commercial real estate in 1993 with a diverse, successful management background in engineering and construction. Jeff has been consistently honored as a “Top Producer” and his clients have benefited from his leadership and extraordinary service ethic.
Jeff is responsible for managing the business activities of the Newport Beach office. His transaction experience includes managing and negotiating large office and industrial leases, building sales/purchases, build-to-suit projects, land sales/purchases, government negotiations, and construction management. He has been a team member on several corporate headquarters’ relocation projects - the principal on three of those projects. Jeff has represented many large assignments including:

BACKGROUND
Prior to joining CRESA Partners Orange County, Jeff worked for The Staubach Company from 1993 to 2003. Before joining Staubach, Jeff coordinated the sales and marketing activities in the Middle East for M.W. Kellogg Company, an internationally recognized leader in engineering and construction of petrochemical plants worldwide.

Jeff completed twelve years of distinguished service as a Corps of Engineer officer in the United States Army, resigning his active commission at the rank of major. He retired as a lieutenant colonel in the Army Reserves, and actively recruits candidates for the United States Military Academy at West Point.
