CHIP WRIGHT COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES Beginning in 1997, Chip formed a team of real estate professionals focused on assisting owners and occupants of office, R&D and manufacturing/warehouse facilities with their real estate and facility needs. The team of eight professionals provides consultation and rapid implementation of strategic facility plans, acquisition, disposition and marketing of properties, financial analysis and project management. During his 18-year career with CB Richard Ellis, Chip has consistently been one of the leading professionals in the Newport Beach office. From 1994 through 2003, Chip was in the top five of all professionals in the Newport Beach office. In 1997, 1999 and 2000, Chip was the number one professional in the office. In 1995, 1996 and 1999, Chip was honored as a member of CB Richard Ellis' Colbert Coldwell Circle, the top 3% of earnings for all professionals nationwide. Chip has completed approximately 700 transactions totaling in excess of 20,000,000 square feet of buildings and 50 acres of land. He prides himself on integrating his superior local real estate knowledge with a proven process that adds to his client’s success. If repeat business is any indication, Chip has been successful. For example, Chip has completed 20 transactions with St. John Knits, 25 with State Farm Insurance, 11 with ASICS Tiger, 9 with Blizzard Entertainment, 15 with FileNet, and 6 with Allergan.
