As a senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis, he directs the marketing activity for eight different owners. These projects consist of fourteen mid- and high-rise office buildings located in Orange County’s most visible office environment.
The standout building in South Coast Metro under John’s wing is 3 Hutton Centre. “South Coast Metro is an amenity-rich area that has great appeal for businesses wanting easy access to attractions like South Coast Plaza, a multitude of restaurants and an incredible arts campus – all just minutes away,” he says.
What makes John different? “I exclusively represent landlords and their properties so I can take ownership in helping them gain the greatest value for their investment. I am told that my diligence and determination makes a difference. It’s all about hard work and not quitting when the going gets tough.”
John has risen to other challenges. When he and his wife learned that their young daughter had cancer, they did everything they could for her and also for the children of other families swept up in such emotional turmoil.
Wanting to advance research to find a cure for childhood cancers, he joined the Board of Directors of the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation (PCRF), which was established to improve the care, quality of life and survival rate of children with malignant diseases.
As an active Board member, John is proud to say that since 1982, PCRF's dedicated volunteers have raised over $22 million for pediatric cancer research. This year, the Foundation currently funds over $1.2 million in research being conducted at Children's Hospital of Orange County and other centers around the nation. Today John’s daughter is coping with her condition with the support of her family and physicians. |
